It’s very important to me that any space I live in feel like home. On the other hand, as someone who has very little disposable income, I can’t afford to spend a lot on decorating my dorm room. For that reason, I’ve become very good at decorating with very limited funds – in my sophomore year, I spent about $30 decorating the inside of my room at the beginning of the year, and $25 on the door (I justified that by reasoning that, as an RA, a welcoming door was very important).
